The website dedicated to ProsafeConsume project became publicly available. The website has a button which makes a direct connection with the SafeConsume website.

An abstract describing a strand of research performed in the frame of SafeConsume project was submitted to EFFoST to obtain approval to participate at the international conference organized by this federation at the beginning of November 2021 in Lausanne, Switzerland. This is one of the ways that ProSafeConsume supports the dissemination of the results obtained by the SafeConsume project.

The ProSafeConsume team prepared the biosecurity manual for the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering from the Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, the place where the pathogenic microorganisms isolated within the SafeConsume project are stored and where the experiments regarding their survival in food are performed.
