Anca Nicolau and Florentina Bucur represented UGAL at the 35th EFFoST International Conference, which was held in Lausanne, Switzerland. The results of a study entitled Is homemade mayonnaise sufficiently protected against salmonellae growth while it is improperly stored? were presented in a poster that was displayed on the 2nd day of the conference. This conference was a good opportunity to talk about the results obtained in SafeConsume and about the support offered by ProSafeConsume. |
